DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 2026 ALJC Bible Quizzing Midwest Invitational!\n\nRegistration\n$60 per team\, payable onsite via Venmo\, Paypal\, or cash.\n\nWho can participate\nJunior and Senior teams from all districts in the ALJC are welcome. Each team must be sponsored by an ALJC Pastor. Juniors and Beginners (if applicable) will merge for this tournament.\n\nTeam requirements\nEach team must have at least one coach\, no fewer than two quizzers\, and no more than five quizzers.\nJunior quizzers must be no more than 11 years of age as of January 1\, 2026.\nSenior quizzers must be at least 12 and no more than 21 years of age as of January 1\, 2026.\n\nVerse coverage\nSenior: 2026 UPCI Intermediate “Ready. Always.” Material up through Acts 2:33 | Section 3I1 (277 verses)\nJunior: 2026 UPCI Junior “Firm Foundation” Material up through Acts 2:8 | Section 3I1 (169 verses)\n\nTime\nSaturday (4/18)\, Orientation will begin in the sanctuary at 9am. Seniors and Juniors will quiz concurrently in two separate rooms thereafter until both tournaments are complete. Awards will follow in the sanctuary once both tournaments are finished. Lunch will be served on a rolling schedule during quizzing\, and teams may eat when their team is not quizzing.\n**start times are tentative and are subject to change\, based on the number of teams participating.\n\nWe will begin our tournament with a brief orientation\, followed immediately by quizzing.\n\nVolunteer officials\nIf you are an adult and serve your local church team\, please be prepared to help judge and/or keep score when your team is not at the board.
